e destul de putin probabil sa nu fiti familiarizati cu my body of work.

m-am inscris pe acest forum ca sa raman aproape de NT.  in subsidiar, mai am si un jucator tanar pe care vreau sa-l cresc pe cat de mult posibil si vreau sa vad care e stadiul colegilor de generatie.

intervin daca pot sa ajut , daca nu, nu zic nimic.

mai jos e prezentat progresul pe care l-a inregistrat pana acum



planul este sa il antrenez prin rotatie in asa fel incat sa ajung la 120 skill points cu un salariu cat mai mic din cauza potentialului.

prioritar este sa il aduc la Passing 12 dupa aia OD ca sa aibe o sansa mica la u-21", ca rezerva daca aia din fata sa patesc ceva. long term vreau sa il fac SF si rezerva de PG.

el are 63 skill points inainte de antrenamentul de azi. stiu sa il antrenez si sunt constient ca trebuie sa fir ghidat intr-o anumita directie pt a fi jucator de u21. nationala mare e imposibila la ce potential are. pe el il antrenez in tandem cu pivotul meu tanar, motiv pentru care am ales sezonul asta si urmatorul sa ma axez doar pe exterior.

Don't you think your final profile is a little weak offensively? I know that with his potential you have to make some choices but I would have given him a little bit more "offensive power".

Arata bine, iar planul e destul de pretentios. De obicei, planurile pe termen lung si foarte lung sufera modificari mari.


Oricum ai decide sa faci, este absolut necesar sa faci exteriorul prima data. Nu vei avea nici o sansa sa il faci la 22+. Iar daca poti, capacele lasa-le la sfarsit ca sa nu omori potentialul prea repede.

update dupa antrenamentul de azi.

i agree he lacks a punch offensively, but that's why view him as a superstar....rezerve i see that in your scenario the salary is almost he same as mine so they are both good options. i am unsure where he will wind up.
for this season and the next he will get outside skills, only after that he will train inside. have a very young C in need of secondaries, and if he gets any more main skills it will ruin him as a cost effective option. even more so because he is not worthy of his NT due to low secondaries. and i do not plan turning the C into Gratian Muntean II

in my dream scenario my SF will be able to cover defensivly, *off the bench* any position on the perimeter. while also being able to pass and rebound.

for him passing will rise by the end of the season to 12 and stay there. the issue will be OD but he is young nough and not *too* tall to get penalized to the point that is a chore..

urmeaza driving. stiu ca nu are sanse de u21 fiindca nu are suficient de multe principale dar el tot va creste. in special la DR si inca 2 trepte de OD.
